CES is the consumer-technology industry's January trade show, spread across several Las Vegas venues, and most booths there are built around live product demos, press walk-throughs and a very full week of meetings. ET Expo designs the booth, fabricates it in-house, ships it to whichever venue your space is in and installs and dismantles it with our own crew from our Las Vegas office.

Planning a booth for this show
- Venue and hall first: each venue has its own manual and a target-freight move-in slot by hall and booth number (LVCC Central Hall is booths 20000-28999, for example), so we schedule fabrication and trucking to your slot, not to a generic date.
- Demo-first floor plan: working product stations with power and network drops planned into the structure, screens at eye level and a clear loop for press and analyst walk-throughs.
- Budget early: the organiser has said Freeman rates for 2027 rise 3% over 2026 while material handling stays flat, with full rates in the September manuals.
- Our crew as your EAC: exhibitor-appointed contractors register with show management when registration opens in the fall, and every EAC working in the LVCC must hold an LVCVA permit.
- Modular where it pays: 11 of the 14 booths we built for the 2025 edition were modular systems, so frames and graphics can be reused the following January.
