1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of www.etexpous.com, operated by ET Expo, 4915 Steptoe St #200, Las Vegas, NV 89122, United States. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. Quote requests are not contracts
Submitting a quote request through this site is a request for information. It does not create a contract, reserve production capacity, or bind either of us to a price. Any exhibition project is governed by the separate written agreement we sign with you, and that agreement takes precedence over anything on this website.
Prices, package contents, booth sizes and lead times shown on this site are indicative and may change. Illustrations and renders are examples of previous or possible work, not a guarantee of what will be delivered for your project.
3. Customer accounts
If you create a customer account you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for activity carried out under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
4. Material you submit
You may upload files such as drawings or design plans with a quote request, and you may submit a testimonial or review. You must only submit material you are entitled to share. By submitting a testimonial for publication you agree that we may display it on this site together with the attribution you provide.
Your files. You keep ownership of the drawings, plans, artwork, specifications and other materials you send us (“Your Materials”). You confirm that you own Your Materials or have the right to give us the permission below.
What you allow us to do. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, copy, display internally, and adapt Your Materials only so far as is necessary to assess your enquiry, prepare a proposal, and design, fabricate, deliver and support your project. We may allow our staff and the carriers and venues involved in delivering your project to use Your Materials for the same purposes and on the same terms.
What we will not do. We will not use Your Materials to promote our business, publish them, or share them with anyone outside your project team, without your separate written permission.
When the licence ends. The licence above ends when your project completes or your enquiry is closed. After that we may retain a copy of Your Materials solely as a business record — to honour warranties, answer questions about what we delivered, and defend or bring a claim — for the retention period stated in our Privacy Policy, and for no other purpose.
Testimonials. You may withdraw a published testimonial at any time from your customer account or by contacting us; it is unpublished as soon as you do.
5. Our content
The text, images, project photography, layouts and logos on this site belong to ET Expo or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own business use in evaluating our services. You may not otherwise copy, republish or use them commercially without our written permission.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its administrative areas.
- Do not submit anything unlawful, misleading, or infringing someone else's rights.
- Do not use automated means to scrape or overload the site.
7. Third-party links and services
This site links to external sites, including trade show organisers and venues, and uses Google Analytics. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The site and its content are provided “as is”. We do not warrant that this website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that prices, package contents, booth sizes, materials or lead times shown here are accurate or available for your project. Everything on this website is indicative and is confirmed only in a signed agreement for your project.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Subject to the paragraph above, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, data or anticipated savings, arising out of or in connection with your use of this website, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise; and our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with your use of this website is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100).
This section concerns the website only. Liability for an exhibition project — including design, fabrication, delivery, installation and dismantle — is governed exclusively by the signed agreement for that project, and nothing in this section limits or expands it.
10. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or your use of this website (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
You and we agree that the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim, and you and we submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. This does not prevent us from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property or confidential information.
This website is directed to the United States. If you access it from elsewhere you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for complying with your local law.
This section concerns the website only. A signed project agreement governs its own disputes, including any governing-law and forum terms it contains.
