- A buyer-heavy floor: retailers get a free Expo pass if they register by December 30, so plan meeting seats and a quiet corner for real buying conversations.
- All selling in the booth: suitcasing in the aisles is prohibited, so the booth needs enough counter and meeting space for your whole sales team.
- January timing: design sign-off, fabrication and freight are scheduled around the December holidays so crates reach Javits on time.
