- Lighting grids and hanging signs: we design to the hall's height limit and keep flown structure over your own space, set back from neighbouring booths.
- Approval drawings: booth renderings go to LVCVA Fire and Safety, and we prepare them with the structural design.
- Live uplinks: a satellite placed outside the building needs the Satellite Placement Form from the Freeman Services Kit - plan it with the booth, not on site.

Under the current rules the structure and hanging-sign limit is 30 ft in North and West Halls and 25 ft in Central Hall. Linear booths cannot hang signs or trusses.
