Planning a booth for this show
- Demo stations built for screens: software runs on monitors or an LED wall at standing height, with a few seats for longer walk-throughs of clinical or payer workflows.
- Room for private conversations: security, privacy and compliance questions are easier in a closed meeting room or a semi-enclosed area away from the aisle.
- A short last day: the hall closes at 3:00 pm on Thursday, April 8, so dismantle labour and freight pickup are booked for that afternoon.
- A new city for 2027: we plan freight and crates to McCormick Place and build to the organiser's exhibitor manual once it is published.
- Shared software, one stand: when several products share the floor, each gets its own demo zone and signage so clinical and IT visitors find the right team.
