Why one project team
A custom exhibit touches design, engineering, fabrication, graphics, freight, venue orders and the crew on site. At ET Expo one project team carries the booth from the first brief to the return shipment, so the exhibitor has one contact rather than a chain of separate vendors.
What to send at the start
The show name, venue, event dates, booth number and size, floor plan, exhibitor manual, brand guidelines, product information, the functions the booth has to serve, the style you prefer, a budget range and your decision deadline. Photos of past booths and examples you like help too.
Timing
- Starting eight to twelve weeks before the show usually leaves room for design, approvals, fabrication and logistics.
- Island booths, double-deck exhibits and heavily engineered builds can need longer.
- The production timeline is confirmed once the design and scope are approved; changes made late can move fabrication, freight and installation dates.
Who orders what
The proposal sets out a responsibility matrix showing, for each service order, whether ET Expo or the exhibitor submits it and who pays the provider.
More than one show
For exhibitors on a multi-show program, the same team can keep the branding consistent, reuse components and adjust the logistics for each U.S. city.
