Who it is for
Exhibitors who need the printed side of a booth done properly: a new custom stand, a rental or modular structure that needs your brand on it, or an existing exhibit that is going back out with new messaging.
How the artwork process works
- After the booth design is approved, ET Expo sends the graphic dimensions, templates, file specifications and the submission deadline for each panel.
- Logos and large-format graphics are best supplied as vector files - AI, EPS or print-ready PDF. High-resolution photos can be used when they hold up at the final printed size.
- Graphics are checked during production and quality control, before anything is packed for shipping.
What you receive
Printed SEG fabric panels, vinyl lettering and branded display pieces made to the approved booth drawings, packed with the rest of the exhibit.
Common questions
Can an exhibit we already own get new graphics? Yes - stored components can be refreshed with new graphics and reused for a later show. What if a graphic is damaged on site? The on-site team documents the problem and can arrange a replacement graphic; any cost or schedule impact outside the agreed scope is communicated as quickly as possible.
