Trade show booth design that turns aisle traffic into qualified conversations
ET Expo designs custom trade show booths, island exhibits, double deck booths and branded environments for exhibitors across the United States.
We support exhibitors with concept design, 3D renderings, in-house fabrication, graphics, LED walls, freight, on-site installation, dismantle, storage and reuse.
Request a quoteDesign is where an exhibit is decided: what visitors see from the aisle, where they stop, and where the conversations happen. ET Expo designs inline, peninsula and island booths, brand and country pavilions, hospitality areas and double-deck exhibits, and the same project team carries the approved design into fabrication, freight and installation.
What this service covers
- Booth types: Inline booths from 10x10 and 10x20, peninsula and island exhibits, pavilions, hospitality areas and double-deck booths
- What a design can hold: LED video walls, monitors, lighting, interactive demonstrations, product displays, reception counters, meeting rooms, hospitality areas and secure storage
- Brand: Built around your brand standards: approved colours, typography, graphics and product displays
How it works
- Brief: your show, venue, dates, booth number and size, floor plan, exhibitor manual, brand guidelines, products, budget range and decision deadline.
- Concept and 3D design for review; the timetable and approval milestones are confirmed once the brief is complete.
- Features are planned around sightlines, electrical requirements and the venue's structural limits, not added afterwards.
- After approval: engineering, fabrication, graphics and quality control, then freight, installation, show-site support and dismantling.
- Timing: eight to twelve weeks before the show is usually the right start; island, double-deck and heavily engineered booths can need longer.

Frequently asked questions
What do you need from us to start a design?
The show name, venue and dates, booth number and size, floor plan, exhibitor manual, brand guidelines, product information, the functions the booth must serve, your preferred style, a budget range and your decision deadline. Photos of past booths help too.
How long until we see a first 3D design?
It depends on booth size, complexity and how complete the brief is. We confirm a design timetable and approval milestones after reviewing your requirements.
Can the booth include meeting rooms and storage?
Yes - private or semi-private meeting rooms, hospitality areas and secure storage can all be designed in, planned around sightlines, electrical needs and structural limits.
