NAB Show is the broadcast, media and entertainment industry's April show at the Las Vegas Convention Center, and booths there are built around working cameras, lighting, monitors and streaming gear that need clean power, hidden cabling and controlled sound. ET Expo designs the booth, fabricates it in-house and installs and dismantles it with our own crew from our Las Vegas office.

Planning a booth for this show
- Powered demo stations: cameras, lights, monitors and switchers go on one plan with power drops and cable paths, because the rules require every electrical and data connection to be hidden from view.
- Sound: speaker positions and demo areas designed to stay under the 80 dB limit, with every speaker facing into the booth.
- Lighting grids and hanging signs: we design to the hall's height limit and keep flown structure over your own space, set back from neighbouring booths.
- Approval drawings: booth renderings go to LVCVA Fire and Safety, and we prepare them with the structural design.
- Live uplinks: a satellite placed outside the building needs the Satellite Placement Form from the Freeman Services Kit - plan it with the booth, not on site.
