Little Rock booth builder

Little Rock Trade Show Booth Design

ET Expo designs, builds, ships and installs custom and rental trade show exhibits for events at the Statehouse Convention Center on East Markham Street, above the Arkansas River.

The three-level center is owned and operated by the city's Convention & Visitors Bureau (LRCVB) and connects directly to the 418-room Marriott, which is its exclusive caterer. Of roughly 220,000 sq ft, the exhibit floor is 82,892 sq ft that opens as one room or splits into four halls, each with its own entrance and restrooms - useful when a show wants a separate pavilion. The 18,362 sq ft ballroom divides into five spaces. Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport is 10 minutes away, and three adjacent decks plus surface lots hold 1,850 cars. We cover the design with 3D renderings, fabrication, graphics, freight and installation.

Frequently asked questions

Can we build a two-story booth at the Statehouse Convention Center?

Yes, with plans approved 90 days ahead. Over 300 sq ft covered it needs signed blueprints, an automatic extinguishing system, smoke detectors, two remote means of access, 10 ft aisles and 8 ft minimum ceiling per floor.

Can we ship straight to the convention center?

No. The facility does not accept or store exhibitor freight; it must be consigned to the general service contractor, and early arrivals are declined.

Who connects booth power?

Only LRCVB personnel. Utilities are exclusive, and access to wall and floor pockets is restricted to LRCVB staff.

What materials can the booth be built from?

Noncombustible or limited-combustible materials; thin wood treated to NFPA 703, textiles and films to NFPA 701 and foam plastics to UL 1975.
