Indianapolis Trade Show Booth Design
ET Expo designs, builds, ships and installs custom and rental trade show booths for exhibitors at the Indiana Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium, joined on South Capitol Avenue downtown.
Visit Indy lists 566,600 sq ft of contiguous exhibit space in 11 halls at the convention center, with 49 loading docks, and 749,000 sq ft under one roof once Lucas Oil Stadium is added. The stadium alone gives a show 183,000 sq ft by joining its field and both exhibit halls, and it has 11 indoor truck docks. Skywalks link 4,700 hotel rooms to the building, and a sixth expansion - with the state's largest ballroom and the 803-room Signia by Hilton - is due in December 2026. The complex is managed by the Capital Improvement Board. We plan the design, in-house fabrication, graphics, LED walls, freight and installation for either building.
