Charlotte Trade Show Booth Design

ET Expo designs, fabricates, ships, installs and dismantles custom and rental trade show booths for exhibitors at the Charlotte Convention Center on South College Street in Uptown.

The center's 280,000 sq ft of contiguous exhibit space splits into Hall A (100,000 sq ft), Hall B (100,000) and Hall C, which divides into C1 and C2 of 40,000 each; up to 1,250 booths fit when the halls are combined. Trucks drive straight into every hall, and Hall B has a 26 x 29 ft elephant door for oversized pieces. The slab is rated at 350 psf live load, and utilities come up through flush floor boxes on 30 ft centers, so a heavy LED wall or product display rarely needs a structural workaround. The Charlotte Regional Visitors Authority runs the LEED Gold building. We bring 3D renderings, in-house fabrication, graphics and LED walls, and storage between shows to exhibitors here.
