Charleston booth builder

Charleston Trade Show Booth Design

ET Expo designs, builds, ships and installs custom and rental booths for shows at the Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center, 200 Civic Center Drive, in West Virginia's capital city.

The renovated convention center has 100,000 net sq ft and 25 meeting and conference spaces. Its Grand Hall, enlarged in 2000, is one unobstructed room that divides into four sections, and the Ballroom and Exhibit Hall floors have utility floor boxes on a 25 x 25 ft grid, with compressed air and water available. The campus sits where I-77, I-64 and I-79 meet, five minutes from Yeager Airport; the Municipal Auditorium on the campus has been closed since February 2024. We handle design, in-house fabrication, graphics and LED walls, freight, installation and dismantling.

Frequently asked questions

Who provides booth power at the center?

The center itself is the exclusive electrical and utility contractor; floor boxes sit on a 25 x 25 ft grid.

Can we ship straight to the Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center?

No. It does not accept or store exhibitor freight; send it to the show's exhibit contractor or a freight handler.

What tape can we use on the floor?

Painters' tape. Duct tape, double-sided foam tape, packaging tape and tacky are not allowed, and residue removal is billed.

Does ET Expo store booths between shows?

Yes. We design, build in-house, ship, install and dismantle booths for shows across the USA, and store them for reuse at the next event.
