The BJCC's North, South and East Exhibition Halls add up to more than 220,000 sq ft. The East Halls combine to 92,234 sq ft under a 30 ft ceiling with room for 473 10x10 booths, while the North Halls give 94,269 sq ft and 452 booths under a lower 25 ft 10 in ceiling - a difference that matters for towers and hanging signs. The Sheraton and Westin connect to the complex by a temperature-controlled skywalk, and the airport is 4.5 miles away. We handle design and 3D renderings, in-house fabrication, graphics and LED walls, freight, installation and dismantling.

IATSE labor for items hung from the building

Edlen is the exclusive provider of electrical, air, water and drain, and the BJCC itself is the exclusive internet and voice provider. Electrical orders received ten days before the show are installed before or during set-up; on-site orders are first come, first served. Hanging and rigging plans are due at least four weeks before the event, installations over 500 lb may need review by a registered structural engineer, and items hung from the building use IATSE labor coordinated by the Event Manager. Exhibitor freight arriving before the contracted move-in date is refused and sent to the service contractor or drayage company.
