Las Vegas installation & dismantle

Trade Show Booth Installation & Dismantle in Las Vegas

A crew based in the city installs and dismantles booths at Las Vegas venues. We schedule around each move-in, confirm labor rules and contractor paperwork, and supervise until the booth is show-ready.

What installation and dismantle covers

On its own or turnkey

Installation and dismantle can be booked with a full ET EXPO exhibit or on its own for a booth built elsewhere.

Crew and supervision

We coordinate the crew and supervise the build; the supervisor and hours covered are confirmed before move-in.

Punch list before opening

The booth is checked against a punch list so it is complete before the show floor opens.

Las Vegas rules

LVCVA contractor permits at the LVCC, venue labor rules, Venetian power windows, floor load and rigging limits.

When something goes wrong

We document the problem, keep the area safe, then take the quickest practical fix - a repair, a replacement graphic, a freight trace or a venue service order.

What clients say

One accountable team from concept to dismantle. The build quality was outstanding.

Common questions

Can you install a booth that ET EXPO did not build?

Yes. Installation and dismantle can be booked as a service on its own, not only with a full ET EXPO exhibit.

Do Las Vegas venues require union labor?

Labor rules are set by each venue and can differ by show. ET EXPO confirms whether union, non-union or company workers are required before scheduling labor.

What paperwork is needed to work in the LVCC?

Every contractor working in the Las Vegas Convention Center needs an LVCVA Exhibitor Appointed Contractor permit. We confirm it with the show before move-in.

Who runs the crew on site?

When supervision is part of the scope, an ET EXPO project manager or site supervisor runs the crew, the venue requirements and the schedule; the name and hours are confirmed before move-in.

What happens after the show closes?

The crew dismantles and repacks the booth and arranges the return shipment, delivery to storage for reuse, or freight to the next show.
