Custom booths - Las Vegas
One-off stands drawn around your products and your hall, built from scratch rather than picked from a catalogue, for shows at the LVCC, the Venetian Expo and Mandalay Bay.

Counters, towers, headers and rooms are designed for your products and audience, not adapted from a stock frame.
Wood, metal, fabric and lit graphics chosen per project and made in our workshop.
Floor load, sign height and power are checked against the hall's own rules - Venetian Halls A-D allow 250 lbs per sq ft.
At the Venetian Expo a hanging sign up to 25 ft is allowed over island and peninsula booths of 400 sq ft or more.
Custom components can be stored, refreshed with new graphics and reconfigured for a later show.
They turned a complex brief into a stand that stopped people in the aisle. Flawless on-site.
Products, audience, booth size, hall and budget.
3D renderings you sign off before production.
Built and finished in-house in Las Vegas.
Installed against the venue schedule and rules.
Dismantled and returned, or stored for reuse.
Planning a custom booth for Las Vegas?
A custom booth is designed and fabricated for your brief; a modular booth is built from a rental system dressed in your graphics. We build both - the booth package catalogue lists the modular options.
Yes. Suitable components can be stored, repaired, refreshed with new graphics and reconfigured for another booth size or show.
Yes - floor load, hanging sign limits and power ordering differ by venue, and we check each venue's exhibitor rules before the build.
The Venetian is the exclusive provider of booth electrical; booth power is on 30 minutes before and off 30 minutes after show hours, so lighting and screens are planned around it.
Our portfolio includes custom stands for Capgemini and Zeekr at CES 2025, Hexaware at Adobe Summit 2025 and HackerOne and XM Cyber at Black Hat USA 2026.
