XM Cyber at Black Hat USA 2026 in Las Vegas

XM Cyber’s booth had a different challenge from a lot of exhibits: the product story is complex, but the booth still had to make sense from the aisle. The design solved that by separating the experience into two clear faces. One side explained the idea with a large blue message wall. The other side was bright, white and more hospitality-driven, with merchandise, reception and concise brand statements.

The blue wall turned the product story into the backdrop

The large deep-blue wall used oversized copy and diagram-style graphics to introduce the exposure-management story before a demo ever started. It was not trying to explain everything. It gave visitors enough context to understand what the conversation would be about.

The second side felt lighter and more social

Around the corner, the booth shifted into a white presentation with a cap display, reception counter and short blue message blocks. That contrast was useful. One side felt educational, while the other felt more like a place to stop, talk and browse.

Merchandise added texture to a technical booth

The wall of caps gave the space a physical, tactile element that stood apart from screens and software interfaces. It also made the booth feel more relaxed. In a show full of digital products, a simple retail-style display can give visitors something immediate to look at and remember.

Small conversation points were spread around the booth

High-top tables, stools and screens created several places for quick discussions. Instead of forcing every conversation into one meeting area, the layout supported multiple short interactions at the same time.

What stayed with us after the project

The part we remember is not one isolated feature, but how the booth behaved on the show floor. It had a clear idea, people could understand it quickly, and the design gave visitors a reason to step closer. That is usually the difference between a booth that photographs well and a booth that actually works during a live event.
