EON at AWS 2024: A Time-Machine Booth From Workshop to Show Floor
A video look at EON's booth at AWS 2024 - an orange time-machine pod with a walk-in TIMEPOD3000 experience, demo screens and an open lounge - and the ET EXPO team building it.

EON came to AWS 2024 with a booth built around one clear idea: a time machine. This video moves between the finished exhibit on the show floor and our workshop, where the pieces were built before they ever reached the hall.
The center of the space is a tall, rounded orange pod with illuminated EON letters on top and a white light ring around its crown. Riveted double doors lead inside to the TIMEPOD3000, a dark, porthole-lined cabin with headphones and a screen sequence that plays like a launch countdown. Visitors step in, sit down and get a short, self-contained experience before they talk to the team.
Around the pod, the booth stays open. A demo counter with keyboard stations and a framed screen carries EON's Cloud Backup Posture Management message, while white cube seats and orange-topped stools give people a place to stop without blocking the aisle.
The video also shows part of the work behind it: the ET EXPO crew in the shop assembling and finishing the white counter units before they were shipped and installed.
What we like about this project is how much the theme does on its own. The pod is visible from a distance, the experience inside gives visitors a reason to wait their turn, and the open floor around it keeps the booth easy to walk into.
ET EXPO designs, fabricates and installs custom trade show booths for technology exhibitors at major U.S. convention events, from the first concept through on-site coordination.
Frequently Asked Questions
What was EON's booth at AWS 2024 built around?
A time-machine theme: a tall orange pod with a walk-in TIMEPOD3000 experience at its center, surrounded by demo stations and an open seating area.
Can an immersive experience fit inside a trade show booth?
Yes. In this project the enclosed pod held the experience, while the rest of the booth stayed open for demos and conversations.
Does ET EXPO build the booth components itself?
Yes. As the video shows, the ET EXPO team builds and finishes booth components in the workshop before they are shipped and installed at the show.
