A builder, not a broker
Most exhibit companies subcontract the build. We do not. Design, carpentry, CNC, print, graphics and finishing all happen in our own Las Vegas workshop, which is why our quotes hold and our schedules hold with them.
Over 23 years we have delivered more than 500 stands, from 10x10 inline booths to double-deck islands.
What custom exhibit builders should actually do for you
Four services, one contract, one project manager who answers the phone.
Trade show booth design
Concept, space planning and photorealistic 3D before a single panel is cut. You approve what you are going to stand in.
Custom booth fabrication
In-house CNC, carpentry, large-format print and finishing. Structures are dry-built and photographed in the shop before they ship.
Freight and show logistics
Crating, drayage paperwork, target dates and advance warehouse. We handle the show services order forms so you do not have to.
Installation and dismantling
Our own supervisors on site for I&D, with labour ordered, rigging booked and a walkthrough before you arrive.
Everything is built under one roof
A 40,000 sq ft workshop means we control quality and schedule instead of chasing a subcontractor. It also means changes late in the build are a conversation, not a change order.
- CNC routing, carpentry and metalwork
- Large-format graphic print and finishing
- Full dry-build before every shipment
- Post-show storage and refit for the next city

Booth sizes we build
Every size below is a custom build, not a rented shell scheme.
A single-booth presence that still reads as custom: back wall, lit graphics, counter and storage.
Room for a demo station and a seated meeting point without crowding the aisle.
Four open sides, a hanging sign or tower, and a proper meeting room. The most common custom island.
Multi-zone islands and double-deck structures, engineered and permitted for the venue.

Why exhibitors stay with us
One point of contact
The same project manager from quote to tear-down. No handoffs between agency, builder and freight.
Itemised, fixed quotes
You see what each element costs. Nothing appears on the final invoice that was not agreed.
Built to be reused
Structures are designed to be reconfigured for the next show, and we store them between events.
Schedules that hold
Because fabrication is in house, we are not waiting on someone else's shop calendar.
Where we install
We ship and install nationwide. These are the halls we are in most often.
Exhibiting in the next 12 months?
Send the show name and your booth size. You will get concepts and an itemised quote back, not a brochure.
Tell us about your next show
A senior designer replies within 24 hours with an itemised quote — and no hidden costs.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a custom trade show booth cost?
A custom 10x10 typically starts around $12,000 and a custom 20x20 island usually lands between $40,000 and $90,000 fully installed. What moves the number is structure height, LED and AV, storage, and how much of the freight and labour sits inside the quote. We itemise all of it so you can see what each choice costs.
How long does it take to build a custom exhibit?
Plan on 8 to 12 weeks from approved concept to show day for a custom island. We have delivered in under 5 weeks when the design is straightforward and the show calendar allows, but rush schedules limit material choices.
Do you install nationwide?
Yes. We ship and install in every major US exhibition city, including Las Vegas, Orlando, Chicago, Atlanta, Anaheim, New York and Boston, with our own supervisor on site for installation and dismantling.
Can we reuse the booth at the next show?
That is how we design them. Structures are built to be reconfigured for a different booth size or layout, and we store your property between shows so you are not paying to rebuild the same walls twice.
Do you handle freight, drayage and show paperwork?
Yes. Crating, carrier booking, target dates, advance warehouse and the show services order forms are all part of the job. It is one of the main reasons exhibitors move from a broker to a builder.
Do you offer booth rental as well as custom builds?
We do. Rental makes sense for a one-off show or a first appearance in a new market. If you exhibit more than twice a year, owning a reconfigurable custom structure is usually cheaper by the third show.
